I really like this for a pair of finches as they have space to fly horizontally however as the bars are mostly vertical it is harder to place accessories and perches. The 2 wooden perched are also run the full length of the cage which doesn’t make sense for horizontal flying so I would ensure these are low with other options for your birds to fly horizontally the full length. Set up was simple and easy. The cage itself is sturdy.

I bought this for my dad's two pet budgies. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It is the perfect cage for budgies as it is wider than it is long and has a flat top. You won't find one this big and at this quality for less - an absolute bargain.

The media could not be loaded. This is an ideal cage! I have a few of these. Please don’t buy circular or narrow cages as birds need to be able to find flat areas to climb and need corners. Birds fly left to right so this is great.. please always leave the doors open permanently so they can fly whenever they want and from one cage to another is ideal. All wide cages are totally fine as long as you also leave the door open. Birds have wings and need to fly. So called flight cages are bigger which is great but won’t allow them to actually fly, just hop about, but the bigger the better. It’s easier if you just buy a couple of rectangular cages and just let them fly round the room. At first they might fly into the window or behind the couch but within a week they will have perfectly navigated the room and then will be so happy eating vegetables like baby leaves, corn on cob, carrot, broccoli on top of the flat cage. The dowel perches that come with most cages hurts their feet so please try buying screw in natural branches instead and put the perches outside as well as inside the cage. Maybe tie up a few genuine apple branches to their cage(s) so give them a natural place to fly to and chew on. Please just use branches from a fruit tree. Please please don’t keep one wee budgie (any bird) on its own. They need their own type to talk to and get really lonely otherwise. Sorry for rant. I love birds. Here’s my set up. Thanks x

Unfortunately the bird cage came broken . The wires don't connected to others. I am not happy with the purchase but I need a bigger cage. So I didn't refund it. On the other hand there could be a bird swing next to the water and food containers. Because most of the cages are included the swing as well.
