Item came 4 days early which I hadn't planned for, luckily my good neighbour took it in for me. Very well packaged, instructions are very clear and written in good English. Each part is stamped with a letter which corresponds to the itemised, illustrated list of parts and this continues throughout the booklet which makes it simple to put together. This kitty house should last years for my two old boys who have chosen to live in the garden! A good quality, thick felt roof to protect from the elements too. Well, at least they can live out their autumn years with a comfortable home. They don't snuggle up together but like to be close, so the optional partitioning between the levels is perfect for them to have the choice. Cannot wait to fill it with a sheepskin rug, snacks and treats for them. A great price for a very well made product .

A cute little home for the cats, but some pre-drilled holes were wrongly spaced. Both floors lack support to hold it up (lips only on two of four sides) so cats would fall through. I rectified this by fixing the floor with extra nails. Finally, some of the wood was split. Other than this, a very cute design. Waterproofing seems okay, but there is a strong smell to the wood which hasn’t subsided yet.

This is easy to build from the flat pack and as its wooden you can repair or add to it if you want to. The roof is waterproof for rain but i put a small tarpaulin over it in heavy storms, but mine was in an exposed position. The cats loved it as shelter in summer when they insisted on staying outdoors. The did not like the clear door flaps but you can pin them up or remove them. Its indoors for winter now.

Habe die Katzen Villa außen stehen und die ist eine wahre Bereicherung! Gerne liegt unser Kleiner auf der Terrasse und schaut was in der Umgebung passiert, nutzt die Katzen Villa aber auch zum entspannten Warten bis die Tür wieder auf geht und er rein kann.

Die Hütte ist für den niedrigen Preis überraschend gut. Die Teile waren sehr passgenau gearbeitet, alles gut beschriftet und bebildert, die Vorbohrungen sehr hilfreich. Ich konnte die Hütte alleine zügig aufbauen. Die fertige Hütte sieht ansprechend aus und ist zumindest für Katzen gut geeignet.
